At DBX, we use a custom-developed script specifically designed for seamless data migration. This in-house tool ensures that your data is transferred accurately and securely, with minimal disruption. Our script efficiently manages your data and integrates seamlessly with your existing systems, ensuring a smooth and reliable migration process. With DBX, you can trust that your data will be in good hands from start to finish.
In order to upload your data, it must be in a CSV or “Excel Friendly” format. Images can be PDF, PNG, JPG, or JPEG.

Each work order can be assigned individually or through default automatic assignment settings. You can easily update commissions, quantities, and expected due dates for each work order at any time.
Additionally, you can add new work orders, such as trip charges, to any existing order without needing separate addendums.
Progress payments can be set to trigger upon the completion of specific phases or work orders.
ASSIGNMENT
Once a work order is assigned, foremen and entire crews are promptly notified via text or email.
With ProDBX, your crews can effortlessly update their progress, create job-specific tasks and notes for others, view their commissions and pay, and capture job-site photos using their phones or tablets. These photos are automatically stored with the job’s documents.
MANAGEMENT
