Simply setup your materials and labor items into complex sets, then have your sales reps build out estimates, proposals, and quotes using the ProDBX Easy Estimating App.
Organize Your Materials and Labor
ProDBX allows you to create custom sets and estimates you can build. These allow your sales reps to select from your full-range of options. When a set is added to an order or a job, ProDBX will automatically use all of your predesigned settings to create a visually appealing price quoting engine for your sales reps.
Materials and Labor
Create your base level materials and labor items that you sell on your jobs.
- Create Material stock items for the products you sell or install.
- Create separate Labor stock items for each materials where installation or other labor is provided.
- Set your price per-unit, along with available vendors and their corresponding costs.
- Designate if this labor is completed by an outside vendor or contractor, or by an in-house employee or DBX user.
*Attributes and Phases
Customize your stock items with unique attributes and assign them to the correct construction phase.
- Apply attributes for various colors, shapes, sizes, and other configurations for your materials.
- Each attribute can be available from multiple vendors, and can either raise, lower, or keep the material price consistent.
- Organize stock items by phase for easy project management and budgeting.
Simple Sets and Complex Sets
Assemble individual items into groupings call Simple Sets – then add multiple Simple Sets into one large Complex Set
- Create Stock Sets to include one or more materials items.
- Add corresponding Labor stock items to complete the set.
- Create Complex Sets to include multiple Set items, along with additional Materials and Labor if needed.
Audit Jobs
Utilize the ProDBX Job Audit Report document to ensure that prices and quantities are being correctly calculated for your jobs.
