In general, you may browse through our site without providing us any information about yourself. How We Use Cookies

Google Data Collection and Use

When a user chooses to connect their Google account to DBX Software, the application may request access to certain Google user data through Google’s APIs.

Depending on the features used, DBX Software may access:

  • The user’s email address for account identification, authentication, and service-related communications.
  • Permission to send email messages on behalf of the user through Gmail.
  • Permission to access and manage Gmail messages when the Gmail Inbox integration is enabled, including reading message metadata and content necessary to provide inbox management, email processing, workflow automation, customer communication tracking, and related application features.

Google user data is accessed and used solely for the purpose of providing the functionality requested by the user. DBX Software does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any unrelated purpose.

DBX Software’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google User Data Retention and Deletion

DBX Software retains Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the services requested by the user.

User email addresses associated with Google accounts may be retained while the user’s account remains active.

Email messages, message metadata, and other Gmail-related information accessed through Google APIs are retained only as required to support application functionality and user-requested services.

Users may request deletion of their Google user data at any time by contacting support@prodbx.com. Upon verification of the request, DBX Software will delete the user’s stored Google data within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Users may also revoke DBX Software’s access to their Google Account at any time through Google’s security settings. Once access is revoked, DBX Software will no longer access new Google user data.

Google API Services

DBX Software’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve the functionality requested by the user. DBX Software does not use Google user data for advertising purposes, does not sell Google user data, and does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
