What to Expect from Day One

At ProDBX, we understand that learning a new software can be a real headache. That’s why our structured implementation process is designed to ensure a smooth transition and empower your team to effectively utilize our platform.

Read about our 4 phase process to getting you and your business fully implemented in ProDBX and running your business like a well-oiled machine.

Phase 1

Implementation Support Specialist Assigned

Upon signing up with ProDBX, you will be assigned a dedicated implementation specialist to guide you through setting up your company information in our software, as well as training you and your team on how to use it from top-to-bottom.

We pride ourselves in our customer service and are available to answer support phone calls or emails Monday – Friday. The average wait time for an email response during our business hours is less than 20 min!

Phase 2

Data Migration and Account Setup

Your dedicated implementation specialist will assist you in migrating your data from your old software or system and into ProDBX. Simply share with us your login credentials to your old software and let us take care of the rest!

Our team is expert at exporting data, cleaning it, and uploading it into ProDBX so that you can hit the ground running from day 1 with all of your customer and job data. We have even developed specialized data migration tools for quickly transferring large amounts of information from a select group of competitors.

This implementation phase also includes the following:

  • Create all users with logins and passwords
  • Attach your construction phases to ProDBX’s Project Management Feature
  • Upload your company logo and basic contact information
  • Upload current contracts, email templates, and other vital documents into your ProDBX account.

Phase 3

Training

Your implementation specialist will schedule a series of live video training calls to make sure that you learn everything you need to be successful in ProDBX:

  • How to navigate the system – including how to find leads and jobs
  • How to send out estimates or proposals
  • How to communicate with customers inside of ProDBX
  • How to work with sub contractors and suppliers
  • And more!

Calls are recorded for you to reference at any point.

Ongoing Support

We provide ongoing support to ensure your team continues to thrive with ProDBX. Whether you need assistance with advanced features or run into any unknown errors, we’re here to help.

On average, it takes about 1 – 3 months to become fully trained in the system without the need for further support from us.

However, the timeframe depends on a few factors –  including the amount of time that you put in at the beginning to onboard your company, the size of your company, and the features that you have purchased for ProDBX.

Yes! One of our support specialists will be assigned to guide you through the entire implementation process.

In some rare cases, your specialist may be unavailable to take a call or email and another member of the team will step in to answer your questions.

Yes you can! Our support staff is here to assist you and answer your questions for the duration of your time with us. We are available by phone or by email Monday – Friday,  8am – 4pm Mountain Standard Time
