Once your application is reviewed and approved, you'll receive your monthly processing limit and can begin accepting payments immediately.
Why do I need to provide my Social Security number and other sensitive information?
Evolv is a payment processor and, as a financial institution, is required to comply with federal Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, including the USA PATRIOT Act, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Rule, and Customer Identification Program (CIP). These requirements help verify identities, assess risk, and prevent fraud.
What payment methods can my clients use?
Clients receive a secure payment link that allows them to pay instantly using ACH bank transfer, debit cards, or any major credit card, including American Express.
Can I pass payment processing fees on to my clients?
Yes. ProDBX allows you to compliantly apply a convenience fee to card payments. The fee is clearly itemized on the customer's invoice, giving you greater control over your processing costs.
How soon will I receive my funds?
ACH payments are typically deposited within 2–3 business days, while credit card payments are funded the next business day.
Do ProDBX payments integrate with my accounting software?
